Virtual Ustad Academy was established in 2022 with a vision to provide quality online education to students across the globe. Our platform connects students with expert male and female tutors for academic subjects, languages, and Quranic studies — all from the comfort of home.

Saeed Khan

MS Mathematics | Honorary Director | Educator

I am Saeed Khan, the founder and CEO of Virtual Ustad Academy, an online educational platform I established in 2022 with the mission of providing quality education to students in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, and beyond. The goal was to offer flexible, customized online learning that breaks traditional classroom boundaries and brings expert tutors directly into students' homes.

I hold an MS in Mathematics from Islamic International University. My teaching career began at FG Degree College for Men, Wah Cantt, where I served for three years. Later, I joined KIPS College Wah Cantt, where I am currently teaching and continuing my passion for student success and academic excellence.

In December 2024, I was appointed as the Honorary Director of Knowledge Grammar School, further extending my commitment to advancing education at both school and college levels.

With both academic and administrative experience, I aim to bridge the gap between traditional and digital learning through dedication, innovation, and student-focused solutions.

Maryum Khan

Admin

Maryum Khan is the Admin of Virtual Ustad Academy and plays a key role in managing daily academic operations. She oversees class scheduling, conducts free trial classes, and ensures smooth coordination between students, teachers, and parents.

She is also responsible for managing missed classes, making sure they are rescheduled promptly to maintain consistent learning. Her dedication and efficiency help keep the academy organized and student-focused.

Farhana Khan

Admin — Academic Reporting

Farhana Khan is responsible for managing the weekly academic reporting system at Virtual Ustad Academy. She ensures that weekly tests are conducted on time, and carefully compiles student performance data into structured reports.

Her role also includes sharing these reports with parents regularly, keeping them informed about their child's progress, attendance, and areas that need improvement. In addition, she organizes and conducts monthly Zoom meetings with parents to discuss student performance and address any concerns, promoting transparency and ongoing communication between home and academy.

Farhana's attention to detail and commitment to consistent reporting make her an essential part of our academic monitoring system.
